The faith lens

Scripture & Healing

The center of Frequencyology is the conviction that true wholeness flows from the heart made right with God. Here are the Scriptures that shape that conviction. They are presented as faith and spiritual teaching, and honored as such.

Faith & spiritual teaching

I · The creative Word

In the beginning was the Word

Scripture describes creation as spoken into being. Many students of frequency find this a beautiful parallel to vibration shaping form, though Scripture itself speaks of God’s authority, not of acoustics.

“And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.”Genesis 1:3 · KJV ↗
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”John 1:1 · KJV ↗
“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”Hebrews 11:3 · KJV ↗
II · The heart

As a man thinketh

Modern stress and placebo research confirms that thoughts and emotions affect the body. Scripture goes further and speaks of the heart as the center of the whole person before God.

“For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.”Proverbs 23:7 · KJV ↗

In context the verse describes a stingy host whose inner heart doesn’t match his words. The lasting principle is that who we are flows from the heart.

“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.”Proverbs 4:23 · KJV ↗
“A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.”Proverbs 17:22 · KJV ↗
“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”Romans 12:2 · KJV ↗
“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”Philippians 4:8 · KJV ↗
“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”2 Timothy 1:7 · KJV ↗
III · The deepest dissonance

Sin, silence and the weight on the soul

Scripture names sin as the root separation from the Source of life. David described carrying unconfessed sin as something he felt in his own body. Scripture also warns us never to assume a sick person’s illness is their fault.

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”Romans 6:23 · KJV ↗
“When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.”Psalm 32:3 · KJV ↗

David continues: “I acknowledged my sin unto thee… and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin” (v. 5).

“There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin.”Psalm 38:3 · KJV ↗
“Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.”John 9:3 · KJV ↗

An essential balance: Jesus rejected the idea that every illness comes from the sufferer’s own sin. Frequencyology never blames the sick.

IV · Truth that brings life

The way back to resonance

“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”John 8:32 · KJV ↗
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”John 14:6 · KJV ↗
“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”John 10:10 · KJV ↗
“Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”James 5:16 · KJV ↗
“Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases.”Psalm 103:2–3 · KJV ↗
“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”3 John 1:2 · KJV ↗
V · How Jesus healed

Word, touch, faith and forgiveness

The Gospels describe several ways Jesus healed. Scripture’s own explanation is that He is the Son of God and His miracles were signs of God’s kingdom and compassion. No scientific study explains these miracles through quantum physics, and we won’t invent one. What we can do is study them reverently.

“The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.”Matthew 8:8 · By His word · KJV ↗
“When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.”Mark 2:5 · Forgiveness, then healing · KJV ↗

Here Jesus forgives first and then heals (v. 11–12), joining the healing of heart and body.

“And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me.”Luke 8:46 · Power going out · KJV ↗

The Greek word translated “virtue” is dynamis, meaning power.

“And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.”Mark 5:34 · Faith · KJV ↗
VI · Music, stillness & medicine

Faith and care together

“And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him.”1 Samuel 16:23 · Music · KJV ↗

Today music therapy is a recognized clinical discipline, used for example to ease anxiety.

“Be still, and know that I am God.”Psalm 46:10 · Stillness · KJV ↗

A beautiful focus for slow-breathing prayer (see Curriculum Module 2).

“Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you.”Colossians 4:14 · Medicine · KJV ↗

The Gospel writer who recorded many of Jesus’s healings was himself a physician. Faith and medicine are partners.
